FAQs

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    All our payments are currently processed by Stripe, hence we accept all major Credit/Debit cards. However we can accomodate to your custom needs, for example payment through PayPal.

  • What about refunds?

    We do accept refunds if they are requested within 7 days after the initial payment. Nonetheless, if you have some special reason for requesting a refund you can always Contact us.

  • What about subscriptions?

    Subscriptions are charged either monthly or yearly depending on the plan you have purchased. The subscriptions are charged recuringly unless cancelled, which you can do in My Account. There you can also find end date and next billing date amongst other things.

  • Can we suggest new features and/or receive a custom solution?

    Yes.
